We are people committed to developing and implementing a community based response to homelessness through prevention, intervention, networking, advocacy, and education.
 

Why Do We Care?

We care because homelessness can happen to anyone and because working together we can make a difference. 
 

Do You Know?

• There are an estimated 2350 homeless persons in Metropolitan Columbus on any given day.
• A person becomes homeless due to insufficient income. 
• Women and children are the fastest growing segment within the homeless population.
• There is a lack of affordable housing.

Volunteer, contribute, advocate, educate, and participate at the homeless coalition meetings held every third Thursday of the month at 4:00 PM. See the Calendar of Events for actual dates and locations.
