Program Identification Program Homeless Prevention Program Are you homeless? Bring a letter of residency from a shelter and all the
identification you have. Are you Homeless and need ID? The Homeless Resource Network Birth Certificate Program can help. We can help you get your birth certificate and other documents needed to get a state identification card and then your state identification card as well. If you need help, visit the Network office at 2221 2nd Avenue, Columbus, Georgia, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Applications for rental and utility financial assistance are taken during hours of service. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are seen first. Applications should be accompanied by an eviction notice, foreclosure notice or utility disconnect notice, proof of income, and photo identification. Documentation of why you are unable to pay the bill is also needed.
